Stephen Amoah had earlier justified his choice to demand Ralph's arrest by claiming that he was afraid of an impending physical assault and felt intimidated by the activist's approach.
The MP clarified that although he at first disregarded Ralph's behavior, the activist persisted in demanding an interview in a way that he believed to be coercive and hostile.
Later, Amoah told the police that if Ralph expressed regret and offered an apology for what he had done, he would be forgiven.
The two have now met in a more amicable setting after Ralph's release, having a discussion that seems to be a solution to the misunderstanding. A-Plus, a fellow lawmaker, joined them and helped Ralph apologize to Stephen Amoah.
