Tottenham just went and bagged Mohammed Kudus from West Ham for a fat £55 million. Wild, right? The guy's only 23 and already getting Premier League clubs to drop that kind of cash. Spurs handed him a six-year deal, so they're clearly betting big on him. Sorry, Hammers fans guess that two-year fling is over.
Kudus only rocked up at West Ham last August. Didn’t waste time making noise, either he landed on the Premier League scene, then went and bagged a brace in his first full Europa League game. By December, he was already up for Player of the Month. Not too shabby for the new kid.
First season in England and he’s got 14 goals, nine assists across all competitions, mind you. Racked up 80 appearances for West Ham in two seasons, scoring 19 times. The man’s stats are no joke.
Now he’s off to North London, gonna be running around in the No. 20 shirt for Spurs. Ange Postecoglou’s attack just got a little spicier. New season’s gonna be interesting, that’s for sure.
