Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) PLC has salutes the 2024 National Best Farmer, Nana Owusu Achiaw Brempong, and any remaining honor victors.
For his honor, Nana Brempong brought back home a definitive monetary reward of GH¢1 million, supported by ADB PLC.
The 40th awards event, which was held at the Alisa Hotel, Accra, last Friday, was graced by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo; the Minister of Food and Agricultural, Dr Bryan Acheampong; the Minister of Fisheries and Hydroponics, Mavis Hawa Koomson, different Ministers, deputy ministers of state and government authorities.
Likewise present were the Board and Management of ADB, farmers and awardees, policymakers, agricultural specialists, investors and the diplomatic community, among others.
Nana Brempong is a 70-year-old farmer from the Sekyere Central District in the Ashanti Region. His cultivating venture started about quite a while back.
