Ghana's head coach, Otto Addo, is super excited because today, Tuesday, May 27, all the players are expected to be ready for action as they prepare for the 2025 Unity Cup!
The Black Stars, which is what we call Ghana's national soccer team, started their training on Monday, May 26, in England. In the first practice, 16 players showed up to get their game faces on.
During Monday's training, the goalkeepers who were there included Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Benjamin Asare, and Joseph Tetteh Anang. The outfield players who joined them were:

- Abdul Salis Samed

Later that night, midfielder Abdul Aziz Issah also joined the team to get ready for the competition.
Today, some more players are expected to arrive and join the training camp. These players are:

- Aaron Essel
- Ibrahim Sulemana
- Felix Afena-Gyan
- Mohammed Gadafi Fuseini
Ghana is all set to play against Nigeria in their first match of the Unity Cup on Wednesday, May 28, at the GTech Community Stadium in West London. The team that wins this match will move on to the final game on Saturday, May 31, where they will face either Jamaica or Trinidad and Tobago.
The Unity Cup is a great opportunity for Ghana to sharpen their skills and check out new players before they have more important international games coming up. It’s a chance to show what they can do and get ready to compete!
